Where are you based?Synergize Events is based in Howick, in the heart of the beautiful KZN Midlands, South Africa.

What areas do you service?Synergize Events will happily set up at a venue of your choosing anywhere in the KZN Midlands (Hilton, Howick, Dargle, Curry's Post, Karkloof, Balgowan, Lidgetton, Nottingham Road, Rosetta, and Mooi River) and right through to the Central Drakensberg. If your venue is located outside of these areas, kindly get in touch nonetheless and we'll see what we can arrange for you.

Can you help us select and order songs for the BIG MOMENTS of our wedding?With pleasure! We will happily chat with you about song selection and the ordering of the songs to create just the atmosphere you are hoping to achieve in those special moments of your BIG DAY (e.g. entrance into the chapel, background music, first dance, etc.).

What is the process of your set up for an event?Synergize Events will be at your venue for the event timeously. We prefer to allow the decor team to complete their set up first, in order that we may work around and with their set up. Cabling is run discreetly, the DJ booth is neat and professional, and a thorough sound and light check is performed before the event is due to start.

And what about load-shedding??Do not fear! Synergize Events runs with battery powered speakers that allow us to continue with or without the cooperation of Eskom! This also allows us to operate at sites that are without power, e.g. a forest chapel.
